  • Glascock St & Wake Forest Rd Raleigh, NC, 27604, USA - Blount Corridor
There are at least a dozen large city "cones" left over from the recent paving project on Wake Forest Rd. The cones are both at the intersection of Glascock and Wake Forest and along the blocks in either direction from that intersection.
  • 3100-3156 Wade Ave Raleigh, NC, 27607, USA - Wade
Our church has an entrance on Wade Avenue (the address is 814 Dixie Trail, but we sit on that corner). The sidewalk right at the entrance to our Wade Ave. parking lot is badly broken with a few sections raised. This creates an incredible trip hazard. Could the city please replace this portion of the sidewalk?
  • 1418 Courtland Dr Raleigh, NC, 27604, USA - Mordecai
Gravel has washed down from driveway over sidewalk, making it slippery and dangerous.
  • 1204 Courtland Dr Raleigh, NC, 27604, USA - Mordecai
Every time we get a hard rain, the gravel runs down this steep driveway and covers the sidewalk, creating a trip hazard. The owners need to, once again, shovel the gravel off the sidewalk and back into their driveway.

  • 126 Brooks Ave Raleigh, NC, 27607, USA - Wade

There's a tree growing in front of this duplex whose branches now cover the sidewalk. You can duck under the branches, but it's not safe.

This property, along with the ones on either side, appear to be empty and might present other hazards. (The 120 Brooks property has something growing out of the roof.)

  • 2723 Clark Ave Raleigh, NC, 27607, USA - Wade
The grassy median on Clark Ave. (from Brooks Ave. east) is overgrown.
  • Poplar St & Mordecai Dr Raleigh, NC, 27604, USA - Mordecai
For the past week, a black pick-up truck and a huge white commercial trailer have been parked on the west side of this intersection. Cars that are turning off of Courtland onto Poplar have a hard time seeing around the huge trailer, often having to serve out of the way of an oncoming car or city bus. This vehicle combo needs to be moved for everyone’s safety.
  • 1204 Mordecai Dr Raleigh, NC, 27604, USA - Mordecai
Every time we have a hard rain, gravel washes down this driveway onto the sidewalk, making the sidewalk extremely slippery. The owner needs to shovel the gravel and put it back at the top of his driveway.
  • 1210 Courtland Dr Raleigh, NC, 27604, USA - Mordecai
There's a large dead limb overhanging the sidewalk in front of this property. If the limb should fall while someone is walking under it, they could be seriously injured. The tree is planted in the "tree lawn," so this would seem to be a city issue.
  • N Blount St & Delway St Raleigh, NC, 27604, USA - Blount Corridor
The traffic triangle on Blount Street, near the Peace College softball field, needs mowed.
  • 815 Wake Forest Road Raleigh, NC, 27604, USA - Blount Corridor
Traffic triangle at Delway, Wake Forest and Mordecai needs mowed. (This is the triangle that contains the "Mordecai" sign.)
  • 2723 Clark Ave Raleigh, NC, 27607, USA - Wade
The median on Clark Ave., from Brooks almost all the way to Oberlin, needs mowed. The grass is 2' tall in some areas.
  • 1225 Courtland Dr Raleigh, NC, 27604, USA - Mordecai
Courtland Drive has been undergoing sewer and water pipe replacement since September. At some point, the curb in front of 1225 Courtland was broken (near the middle) by heavy machinery. About 2' needs to be replaced.
  • 2723 Clark Ave Raleigh, NC, 27607, USA - Wade
The grassy median that runs down Clark Ave. needs mowed. Weeds are a foot high in some places. Start at Oberlin and work your way down to Brooks.
  • 2700 Clark Ave Raleigh, NC, 27607, USA - Wade
Several of us have reported this house over the past two years with no apparent action from the city. Yard waste has been piled in cans for months without being moved to the curb for pickup. Trash cans litter the yard along with leaves, fallen limbs and other debris. The back door to the screened porch is propped up on the side of the house. The place is an eyesore, and the property owners need to be contacted by the city and asked to clean up their act.
  • 1221 Mordecai Dr Raleigh, NC, 27604, USA - Mordecai
The chimney has partially collapsed onto the ground.
  • 1204 Mordecai Dr Raleigh, NC, 27604, USA - Mordecai
The gravel in the owner's driveway constantly washes down onto the sidewalk, making it especially slippery and dangerous when wet. The owner needs to shovel the gravel off the sidewalk and continue to do so whenever needed.
  • W Peace St & N West St Raleigh, NC, 27603, USA - Mordecai
There's black graffiti on a silver mechanical box at the SW corner of Peace and West streets.
  • 300 Chestnut St Raleigh, NC, 27604, USA - Mordecai
Two mechanical boxes on Chestnut (next to trash container area) have blue graffiti on them.
