Burned out street light at the intersection of Julia and S Kenyon

Litter under the bridge at the wash is causing water to back up into side streets. Not sure why it wasn't cleared when the workers were here yesterday doing work.

Someone has dumped a mattress and now a old BBQ at Palo Verde Park. It is over by the equipment storage container on the South side of the park by the ball fields.

Years ago the city removed the connecting rd on Wilmot between Barnan and Scarlett St and blocked the access to Wilmot rd, creating an island. This area has not been maintained by the city and has overgrown weeds and litter. It needs to be cleaned up and maintained on a regular basis.

The side of the road for this whole strip is crumbling. There are three separate area's on this strip that need to be repaired.

The Alamo wash is overgrown and has littler blocking it's flow. Also the Alamo wash on Malvern between Kenyon and Grinnell is in dire need of repair. The wash is eroded below the cement markers, pipes are exposed, trees are up routed and the bridge is sagging. This has been in this condition for several months. Also the railing on the bridge needs to be painted.
