There exist a never ending construction project along Southern Blvd. The streets are dirty, the sidewalk pavement is broken. The intersection at the #2 & 5 train stop is very difficult to cross. Pedestrians shouldn’t have to risk their lives while walking to and from the grocery stores and train station surrounding 174th St & Southern Blvd. I am asking the DOT Bronx Borough Commissioner Nivardo Lopez to investigate the construction delays and pave the sidewalks properly AND to fix the directional signs for car traffic and pedestrians to make the intersection safer. Thank you.

Moved from area. Don't care what it looks like now. Hopefully, the Bronx residents who live there will care just as much as I did about how the entire Bronx borough looks like a garbage dump.

I am sending you this letter to request the City of Raleigh send out a tree contractor to trim back and/or remove trees that are lying along Lenore F Green Park Property along Poole Road and also along the City of Raleigh property on Vintage Road and Talserwood Dr. These trees completely obstruct our walk to Bus Way and to the Shell gas station store. Poole Road is littered with garbage and the stream is full of debris. It is most unsafe for pedestrians, bicyclists and dog walkers. Would like City of Raleigh to pave the street so we do not get hit by cars and to add signs for cars to slow down for pedestrians leaving the subdivision’s along Poole Rd because cars do not stop or slow down. The cars often veer from the driving lane pass the 4-5” white line that separates cars from the path. The land portion has deteriorated so bad it has left us with little to walk on.

The property at Vintage Road contains a stream and is currently used as a garbage dump and you can find sinks and other debris lying in or along the water stream. The rows of trees have not been properly maintained and create a major view impairment from our homes. The overgrowth is horrible, pine needles and is everywhere and the trees sway so bad near Talserwood, it looks like they will fall on our homes. Additionally, the trees also obstruct the views for the neighboring homes at Teabrook Ct and Vintage Rd homes. Furthermore, they are [starting to buckle your driveway and uproot the foundation of the wall] that separates our properties which will only worsen with the passage of time. Please come out and fix the trees so there will be no accidents and keep our environment beautiful AND please come out and make the streams healthy. It’s a shame the streams look the way they do.

Alongside the Edenton St entrance of the 100 block of Heck St is littered with trash, overgrowth of trees and shrubs. I have lived here for almost two years and have never seen anyone clean the street. Please send a street cleaner to clear the area and make it look nice like the rest of the area. We live 10 blocks up the street from the Governor's Mansion and our block is often overlooked for cleaning. Thank you.
