***Please, Please, Please***- Both sides of Washington Avenue need to be swept this week!

From Sprague Place to HJ Boulevard and beyond. It is a disgusting mess... Trash, debris all over both sides of the street. I have been reporting this issue via the app many, many times to no avail... As a resident homeowner, I am embarrassed; not only to live here, but for my family and friends who come over and see what a mess the streets and neighborhood has become...

Washington Avenue is a major thoroughfare through the city and I would think you would want to keep it CLEAN! The continued, ongoing lack of concern from DGS is just stunning.

UGH~! Once again, the even side of Washington Avenue was not swept last week... And the odd side was not swept last night...

Both sides are an absolute mess and a disgrace to the neighborhood... There is trash and debris all the way down to HJ Boulevard and beyond...

This is getting ridiculous! Why is the street not being cleaned on a regular basis?? This is a major thoroughfare through the city, I would think since the residents have to alternate parking twice a week, "The City" has a responsibility to clean it weekly... Where are you DGS? Has the Mayor even looked at these issues?

I understand you closed the previous issue I submitted regarding this property... However, I am confused about how "posting" a vacant / abandoned property is going to address this issue?

Washington Avenue NEEDS STREET CLEANING tonight! It is an absolute MESS! I have reported the fact the Washington Ave hasn't been cleaned in weeks- 4-5 weeks at least... Please for the sake of this neighborhood, CLEAN THE STREET! I am absolutely embarrassed as a property owner that the City has let this become such an issue...

Report #3 or 4... This property is completely overgrown with weeds and trash... The property hasn't been cleaned up since the fall 2019... It's a poor reflection on the community, and continues to diminish the QOL in this neighborhood....

Once again Washington Avenue was not cleaned / swept last night! This is now the 4th or 5th week in a row that it has not been swept. There is trash and debris from HJ BLVD to Sprague Place. This is simply unacceptable. What's the point of alternate side parking if the City will not do it's job and sweep / clean the streets... This completely diminishes the QOL in this neighborhood. Washington Avenue is a major thoroughfare through the City, PLEASE CLEAN IT UP!

Reporting this property once again... It is overgrown with weeds; trash scattered all over the front yard and leaves from last fall we never raked up... It continues to be an eye sore in the neighborhood. Obviously, the property manager / owner doesn't care about the regular maintenance a property like this requires...

What's the point of alternate side parking, in an already tight area, if the city is not doing their job of cleaning the streets. I assume this is probably happening all over the city...

Couch and vacuum left at curb on Sunday 06-21-2020

Trash left at curb on wrong day of collection. These are new tenants and I don't believe they are aware of what day the trash collection is... This is the 3rd week in a row that trash is left at the curb on the wrong day of pick-up.

This property has been reported at least a dozen times over the last couple of years. It is in need of a responsible property manager. It was never cleaned up from the fall and the leaves and trash are scattered everywhere. The lack of regular maintenance of this property diminishes the quality of life in this neighborhood.

Washington Avenue from Sprague Place to HJ BLVD is a mess... It has not be swept in at least 3 weeks if not longer... There is trash and garbage all over the street. I know the Mayor suspended parking regs at this time, but kept in place alternate side parking for street sweeping. This is not being done and is unacceptable as diminishes the quality of life in our neighborhood...

This street light has now been out for a month now... It has been reported several times, and acknowledged by DGS, however it remains OUT... Lighting in this area is imperative to the safety of the residents and passers by... Please repair...

Once again this property is overrun with weeds and trash...

Trash at curb, pick up is Tuesday AM...
