At the railroad crossing at the northbound end of Montserrat mbta station, I saw on 9/29 that the streetlights are out on the poles right alongside the crossing gates. One blinks on sometimes (that pole has a plate that I think says 53-903H), while the others seem continuously off. It seems an especially dangerous place to have lights out -- so that pedestrians and cars may not clearly see the tracks.
