This Construction Crew must be the most incompetent lot in the world! No sooner have they closed it up, a week later they are opening it up again. This has now been going on for way to long and their workmanship is horrific. The road now resembles a 4X4 obstacle course, holes, bumps you name it, not a level piece of road anywhere. On top of that, the crew regulating traffic is unsafe , the road has unsafe sections. It looks like they don't know what they are doing and don't even give a damn.
Then they close it up for a month only to open it again and only to make road conditions even worse.
If they have a supervisor, he should be fired, this construction is utter incompetence. Using this road twice a day, and not really having an alternative because of the Freeway access it makes your blood boil. This morning there was a 10 minute delay coming off the freeway, because they had the lane blocked again. Surely this is anything but safe, having cars backing up all the way on the freeway.
Using this road now is an utter nightmare.

Needs proper fixing immediately. The sinkhole keeps getting bigger, already blocks an entire lane.
    Giant safety hazard

Gardiner Expressway flooded in both directions.
As predicted the moment the first rain hit the gardiner it is flooded. Waterlevel in both directions are up to 4 inches, nothing is draining properly. WHY? Because whoever designed this obviously didn't know their job. The new drains on the new and temporary sections are above the water / drain line, so nothing is draining.
I would like for the chief engineer who signed off on this to be fired for stupidity. How can you design something so clearly wrong. ? How can you keep your job for a multi-million dollar screw up? Because their is nothing you can do to make those drains work except ripping everything open again and moving them. The lowest point on the road is inches below the drains. Since when does water run uphill?
...and how many $Millions is it going to cost to fix this?

Electrocution danger due to hydro meter installation. Hydro Refuses to Fix
This is not my house, I am next door, I can not order the meter moved..
Your meter blocks my access way to my basement apartment.
It is at shoulder height, it is impossible to walk through the access way without bumping into the meter.
It is very dangerous, since the position of the meter will guarantee that someone will knock it off and possibly be electrocuted.
If you are happy to leave the meter there, and you are happy to expose passers through to the danger of electrocution, I will only be too happy to make sure that this dangerous situation will be public knowledge. Toronto Hydro has a long history of dangerous wiring in this area and so far have flat out refused to move this meter and told me I have to move it at my cost ( I don't own that house, it's my neighbour)

For about 1 month now, every Sunday morning starting at 8:00 AM there is a cricket competition at Scarborough Village Park,

Could you please confirm if the use of the baseball diamond is authorized for use as a cricket pitch?

A cricket pitch destroys quite a few of the features a baseball diamong needs.

In addition, there is an awful lot of noise and unruly behaviour coming from the cars parked there and the spectators.

When approaching people to keep modest usually this is met with verbal abuse.

There are at least 100 cars parked there, many of them illegally on the street, quite often obstructing driveways.

Stunt driving, engine revving, excessively loud music.

This carries on late into the night and makes life in the vicinity unbearable.

On top of that many people now come to the park to practice cricket during the week, making this 7 days a week unlivable.

    Urgent action is requested

    Thank You
