    Cross walks are needed at Hull Street and 4th, and Hull Street and 7th. These are indicated on page 26 of the Manchester Area Transportation and Land Use Study performed at the City's request last year. This area is very dangerous due to high speeds on Hull Street and growing number of pedestrians.

    The City Manchester study calls for a traffic circle at the end of the Maury Street ramp from I-95 and at the intersection of Semmes Avenue and 7th Street.

    Please confirm when these will be constructed.

    This is the second time this issue has been reported and the cap is still off of the clean-out which leaves a dangerous hole in the sidewalk. Someone could break an ankle. This should be treated as an emergency repair.

    A "One Way" sign was stolen from Brander Street near Hull that directed cars from the parking lot on Brander NOT to turn left on Brander toward Hull.

    ALSO, the sign on the corner of Hull and Brander at the light pole is turned upside down and needs to be fixed.

    Both of these signs help keep cars from going the wrong way on Brander St.

    The City, or its contractor, is storing barricades, signs, and other materials in the alley next to 413 N. Adams and on private property at the rear of 413 N. Adams. These materials block that alley. The contractor did not obtain permission to place the equipment on our property. Please remove the property and open up that alley.
