The stray dog from 3321 Capital Blvd was once again spotted off its leash, without an owner present, defecating in Pine Knoll Townes (see issue # 222343 & issue #827567)

Stray dog reported.
This is a reoccurring offense (see issue #222343).

Signal lights are out along Capital Blvd. Power is off for blocks.

The Old Buffalo Road left hand turn signal for Northbound traffic NEEDS a no U-turn sign! Cars making U-turns here just to make a right into the shopping center prevent cars from actually making a left-hand turn onto old Buffalo Road.

Garbage & pallets are once again piling up behind Cici's pizza. The pallets from Backyard Leisure
3501 Capital Blvd
are stacked dangerously high & tends to attract additional dumping. Sadly this is a repeat offense. See SeeClickIssues #190851, #203466. One would hope the property owners, Spang Development
Billsco Inc, would take responsibility in addressing this issue.

Heading Westbound between Falls of Nuese & Six Forks.

Construction materials were dumped at the end of Pine Knoll, behind Cici's pizza, over a month ago.

Discarded mattress has been here for over a month.

Dumped at the end of Pine Knoll Rs. Behind the Super 8. Unfortunately this is a regular occurrence.

White male dog with a brown patch over right eye/ear & one on its rump. Has a collar but no tags had repeatedly wandered loose through Pine Knoll Townes before making its way back to the auto shop yard located at 3331 Capital Blvd, Raleigh, NC 27604, USA

The sidewalk project at New Hope Church Rd. & Huntleigh appears to have been abandoned. Caution tape & cones surround the prepped corner but workers have not returned to this corner for weeks. It is unattractive & hazardous.

Pallets of patio pavers have been neglected for over a month following Backyard Leisure's building project. There is growing concern over their abandonment as pavers are getting strewn over the parking lot and attracting other dumping (a TV facade has joined the debris).

Whirlpool, tubes, and associated wrappings have been on the curb behind Backyard Leisure for over a week. I imagine they are to be held responsible for requesting bulk pick up services like the rest of Raleigh's citizens.
