Tree growing toward power lines, not sure if/when that becomes dangerous.

Traffic accident damaged handrail we manage the property next door, just looking for ETA on repairs ,

Tree growing over onto our side of the property, worried if a storm knocks it down it will destroy our wall.

Main entry to neighborhood is alligatoring and has several deep potholes. It will be harder to fix the longer it goes before maintenance
