Rocks in road from curbside planters around palm trees. Google Streetview photo from February 2023 shows these palm trees were surrounded by plants. The plants have now been removed and replaced with thick mound of large diameter rocks. These rocks are migrating into the sidewalk and 8th Ave N, causing trip hazards and projectile hazards (when cars hit rocks in road, tossing them into the air).
