    Bicyclist are using the sidewalks on the Woodland Street bridge as their personal traffic lane. Metro law specifies that bicyclist must use the roads where available. There is a lot of pedestrian traffic on this bridge and the bicyclist that are using the side walk do not yield to pedestrians.
