    7708 16th Avenue Southwest Seattle, Washington - Highland Park
    Pavement in crosswalk (northbound on south side of intersection) is crumbling. There is loose cement and several holes.

    In the crosswalk in the southbound lane is a manhole. The man hole has a huge pothole around it. Very dangerous for bicyclists. I reported this before but it hasn't been fixed.
