Yesterday when I posted the individual that responded stated that the objects to be picked up are on my property yet in the picture it's clear to see it's outside my fence in the right of way of the "Non-road" that provides access to my house

Dear City, my time is valuable and it's beyond pathetic how often my garbage is missed and even when I make a request I'm rebuffed from City Departments because of the "Jim Crow" decision to move the road after my house was built

The stupid green sign in the picture was supposed to solve all of my problems according to the City, yet the City's own workers still struggle to fulfill the duties that are paid for by my property taxes as a resident of the city

The City says my house was built on a private drive I asked the City "If my house was built on a private drive off 37 St S, then why is my address 26 Ave S? Furthermore why do the vacant lots have an address of 26 Ave S?"

However too different ombudsman at SWIFTMUD says it clearly shows a road laid out to access the property where my house was eventually built

City Council, Mayor, City Manager do all of you agree with what your head of public works says? I'm asking here because every single City Council member, including my supposed representative have repeatedly ignored my emails

Four weeks ago the City sent out a survey crew that installed flags in the roadway yet no property owners were notified as to the City's proposal or of reason for the flags I was told face to face, but how is that notifying all affected property owners

Now, only two of the eight flags installed are still standing and still no property owners have been notified

Why have the residents of my home been paying property taxes for 70 years without a legal access?

Finally, why when to City vowed to pave all dirt roads in the city back in the late 1980s was my road skipped? And is still being skipped?

All of the property owners on 26 Ave S know why the road was moved 70 years ago, as well as the rest of south St Pete residents that have lived in the area for years We know why it happened

How are kids east of 37 St S supposed to safely access the Perry Bayview Playground Clam Bayou Nature Preserve and Pinellas Trail? There's a sidewalk east of 37 St S along 26 Ave S Why does it stop a block from the park? There's a sidewalk along 37 St S and 38 St S, yet the sidewalk along 26 Ave S abruptly stops Why? Does it have to do with not enough setbacks after 26 Ave S was moved "illegally" across the canal, leaving my house and three lots without a legal access, even though my house was built on the original 26 Ave S?

It seems when City workers trimmed the mangroves out of the canal, they allowed a limb to fall into the canal If and when the Hurricane Ian debris is cleaned from 26th Ave S, how about getting the limb out of the canal

As per the City's stance towards citizens they don't take care of the ir responsibility maybe I should clean up and bill the City, per Code Enforcement ...,

This is the third time, going back a month that I am asking the city to haul off debris from Hurricane Ian It was stacked, as advised by the city, along the roadway by the owner of a vacant lot, and being the only home on the road o am trying to implore the city to haul it off

I posted about hurricane Ian debris still laying on the side of the road, almost two weeks ago. I received a message in the 21st stating in 2-4 days it would be collected, yet on the 29th it’s still there, plus the last twin moved the smaller pile to the edge of the canal. A big rain will send it floating away.

Maybe the workers can’t find the address, since the city moved the road across canal?

Please clean up the debris from Hurricane Ian that my neighbor so kindly cleaned up off his vacant lot.

What do I pay City Property Taxes for? To maintain the illegal racist "Jim Crow" road across the canal? One house located in the 3700 block of 26 Ave S, and the city chooses to put a new road across the canal, instead of updating and maintaining the original 26 Ave S, where a house already exists Is this what Pete Buttigieg meant when he said "Roads are Racist"?

For almost four years now I've been asking the city to answer one question "If my house was built legally on 26 Ave S, then why does engineering now say I live on a private drive?"
