  • Moore Squaare Trainsit Station Raleigh, North Carolina - Central
In the shelter of the Green Zone closest to Martin Street at the Moore Square Transit Center, there is a drainpipe connection missing at the top. It was a horizontal piece about 3 feet long connecting the eave trough with the downspout in the column. This means that the rainwater will fall where the passengers are waiting.
  • 209-223 Highway 54 Carrboro, North Carolina - Continental US
There is a sign in the westbound lane, just before the park, that would be OK in England, but not where we drive on the right., it shows traffic on the left.

The standard for striping colors on road in the US is that yellow stripes separate opposite traffic going in opposite directions, while white stripes separate lanes going in the same direction. While this is enforced mostly on public highways, why not encourage the same standard on private property starting with municipal projects? This road at the Anne Gordon Center was just opened and does not use the standard color. The correct color would reduce confusion among drivers.
  • Carlos Dr And Volant Northeast Corner, Raleigh, North Carolina - Raleigh Council District A

At the gym at Optimist Community Center, the door from the south side need its closer repaired or replaced. It is currently being used for early voting and will be used for voting on November 6 as well. If not fixed, it will surely deteriorate the door, as well as annoy workers, patrons, and voters.
  • 300 Horne St Raleigh, NC - Wade
Not only are drivers exceeding the speed limit on Clark Ave, but they also fail to yield to pedestrians in the marked crosswalk. There is no median and pedestrians are constantly stuck standing in middle of crosswalk as drivers fly past without even hitting the brakes. For pedestrians who choose to wait on the sidewalk until traffic stops, they can stand there for up to five minutes before there is a break in traffic. There is no regulation, and drivers act like they have no knowledge of how to yield to pedestrians. I would love for a plainclothes officer to attempt to cross this street and be amazed by the negligence of drivers.

  • 2912 Wake Forest Rd Raleigh, NC - Six Forks
The building used to be the Alcatel/ITT offices. It has many broken windows which indicate that animals may freely enter. The building is valued at $0 as shown on the Wake County iMaps, which means it is not paying its share of property tax. This should checked
  • Street Light Archived
Moore Square Transit Station Raleigh, NC - Central
Some of the lights at Moore Square Transit Station are not working properly. There are three tall poles with a total of four lights on the west side, near the north end which are going off-on. There are no other lights in this area, where the #15 and #2 buses leave, so it can be dark. It also seems a waste that most of the lights at Moore Square are on all day, not controlled by photo-cells.
