    SPEED BUMPS. I am aware that many of my neighbors including myself have been petitioning to get speed bumps on Mill Rock Rd. from Prospect all the way down to Newhall Street. The cars drive way too fast and someone is going to get run over or terribly injured. Children walk to the playground and cars go way too fast and also like to race. This is extremely dangerous. The stop signs near the playground are not even monitored at all. How is this safe?

    NO SOAP in women’s bathroom at the Lighthouse Point Park Beach bathrooms near the carousel. EVERY DAY there is no soap AT ALL—this entire summer!!!! Completely unacceptable. I am a resident of New Haven, I go often with my child. This is not okay at all.
