The street sign at the corner of Holmesdale and Western was removed when the old pole was removed for the traffic signal project. Also as a side note the base of the old pole is still in the ground with a street cone on top.

The crosswalks at the intersection of Western ave and Holmesdale need to be fixed. Also Western and Belvidere need to be done as well. The sticker style crosswalks only lasted a few years.

The some new traffic signals for walk / don't walk have caulk at the switches some don't. It looks sloppy an not uniformed. I am sure the city and reputable firm such as CME will catch this on their punchlist. It is a little disappointing to see caulk all over a brand new piece of equipment.

This issue was reported back in 2013. No repair has been completed. Also there needs to be remedial work done know to replace panels due to traffic engineering upgrades. I would hope these efforts could be coordinated to help prevent a hodge podge look.

On the corner of holmesdale and western ave the two storm drains are clogged/covered in snow. Which is causing water to pond and then freeze over creating a dangerous situation for turning traffic.

Ponding occurs cause a dangerous situation with ice also takes a few days to drain in warm weather. There was 5 inch HDPE pipe to drain to the storm drain. The curb is 5 inches above curb so if the area between the sidewalk and curb was graded the problem maybe resolved
