20'x12' plume dune of sand washed down to but not into drain, , at least 3"-6" deep and even growing grass. Need to shovel/seeep, too much for a resident to dispose of. Also a pothole has opened, and many cracks

Not pothole - about 4 inches of sand accumulation across about 10 yards of the street adjacent to the drain between 66 and 68 Ashcroft ... even grass is growing ... please haul away before the sand starts up again with winter. Not sure why this happens several times/year.

Very long and deep gouge in the street, down to gravel. Gravel and sand are all down the street to bottom, with more eroding with every storm; after repair, street cleaning is needed so kids bikes don’t fall. Many thanks. David
