    the above mentioned Business places their cardboard recycling out on the Clendenny ave side of the business. they do not fold up and tie up the cardboard into manageable bundles for collection. they are in violation of JC muni code by placing it out like this in a manner that takes up the entire sidewalk and delays the recycling collectors who have to make extreamly multible trips back and forth to collect.
    if they continue to place it out in this manner they should be forced to obtain a contract with a private hauling co as per the jc muni code.
