This property is 0379790223432. There was no other option for grass violation. This grass is too high and requires to be cut. Per SDAT this property is owned by U S HOME CORPORATION D/B/A/ Lennar. The actual address is 7180 HERITAGE CROSSING
GLEN BURNIE 21060-0000. Please have this corrected as soon as possible. I am more than willing to speak with the county about the issues this brings but those are not limited to: ticks and rodents.

In addition, the false advertisement of this sign needs to be addressed. This sign is old and this is a commercial lot that Lennar is attempting to sell no longer the future of the play field.

    Thank you

Anne Arundel County waste hauling trucks have been seen disregarding the no left turn sign for trucks into the Annapolis Junction Transfer Station. This is an issue was there is a reason for this sign to be there. The trucks can easily make a slight right and go through the cut out that was made by them and then go straight into the transfer station.

If any other citizen would violate a no left turn sign they would be subject to traffic citations.

Trash has been here for almost a week. This is illegal dumping and makes the area look even worse than it already does. I am not sure if this was a contractor or someone who just dumped them.

They are at Corridor Roat at Junction Drive right by the stop sign

There have been times over the past month where there is no train coming or going from the Annapolis Junction Transfer Station but the gates have been up but the lights have been flashing at this train crossing. This is unsafe. I have contacted Chris who is the District Supervisor I believe at this transfer station and he has shrugged my concerns off saying that that is not possible. During the two times I have personally seen this people have driven over the tracks.

Please address this with them as this is unsafe.

There is a "No Left Turn for Truck" sign that is now covered by the tree due to it blooming. Trucks continue to make the left hand turn into the Annapolis Junction Transfer Station creating an unsafe situation and a violation of TR 21-201 of Maryland state law. These trucks have been coming here long enough to know this and you can see the sign when you are right on top of it but not prior.

Please trim this tree or completely remove it. This is not the first time that we have had this issue.

There are two areas where someone did an attempt to fix a pot hole. This was done sub-par and as such it needs to be fixed again.
  • Dorsey Run Rd Annapolis Junction, MD, 20701, USA - Howard County
People are using the shoulder to get onto the lane that goes straight on Dorsey Run Road past Henkels Lane. This will cause an accident.

Illegal Dumping. This has been here for a while.
  • 12001-12011 Guilford Rd Annapolis Junction, MD, 20701, USA - Jessup
The trucks going to the AJ Transfer Station are waiting on Guilford Road. THis is causing a few issues. Truckers are making U-Turns on Guilford Road which is unsafe. In addition, these trucks block the vision of those on Brock Bridge Road who is wanting to turn left onto Guilford Road going back to National Business Parkway. This increases the risk of a T-Bone crash possibly creating a very bad situation for those involved and for the transfer station and the truck drivers.

It would be nice to have the ability to send a request and show the proof needed to get a dump pass (sticker) as I have gone to the dump on several occasions and by the time I get there they are all out of stickers. That being said I all ready have mine but it would be nice for other residents.

TS Lane is now a through street. What will happen to all the boats on that street? Can they be removed? They will also move to Heritage Crossing so they should not be allowed to park there either due to safety issues.

With the signs going up for the sale of Tanyard Springs commercial area and looking at the plans at http://www.mackenziecommercial.com/site/wp-content/uploads/Tanyard-Springs-Commercial-Development_Brochure.pdf the number of parking spaces will be a lot. With Tanyard Springs Lane being a through road, has the idea of a traffic light been disucssed at the intersection of Tanyard Springs Lane and heritage crossing?
  • Tanyard Knoll Lane Glen Burnie, Maryland - Anne Arundel County, MD
When Tanyard Springs Lane is finally opened to Solley Road there are no street lights on the section of Tanyard Springs Lane from Tanyard Knoll to Solley Road. Can the county look at installing more lights in this section of road to make it safer?
