The area of Owens Rd and Cedar Dr near the Piedmont Convenience Recycling Center is constantly being littered. Problem is always worse on Mondays because the center is closed so people throw their trash on the side of the road leaving the center. I've made reports before and even sent pictures to the police with the vehicle and tag number of someone littering.
