    501 Boroughbridge Rd Richmond, Virginia - Westover
    Patch job on Boroughbridge Rd between Sheridan and Bassett has now sunken down below road surface, creating pothole like obstruction across the whole road.
    Needs to be re-surfaced so it will not create damage to cars and trucks.
    I know because I live on Boroughbridge and have to drive across this obstruction several times a day.
    My alignment is messed up because of this now.
