    Every week and today as well, the trash pick up truck leaves behind every 25-30 feet up the street a discharge of waste water from the trash. It smells awful and leaves a stain along with food mush lying in the road . Can anything be done to prevent this. It runs down the middle of the street and is visible days after collection. It makes the entire street smell like a dump and when the cars drive through it then it spreads even more.

Contractors left the pipe broken off at the inside of the sidewalk which previously went under old sidewalk and ended at the street gutter.
