    Home business Caddo Construction at 2252 Rumson continues parking of employee and work vehicles too close to residential driveways. Business not permitted at home address, vehicles remain at residence during the workday during the business week. Vehicles park too close the residential driveways, block driveways, turnaround in driveways and congest morning traffic, school buses, Go Raleigh bus, etc. Neighbors have difficulty leaving in the morning due to up to a dozen vehicles arriving/leaving/parking around 7AM. Traffic is reduced to one lane. Accidents have already happened. Please ticket, require business parking outside of residential neighborhood.

    Speeding vehicles cut thru Brighton from Raleigh Blvd to N King Charles and make pedestrian traffic along Brighton unsafe to travel. Please add a speed limit sign to the 1100 block of Brighton. There are elementary school students that walk home along this road and there are currently no sidewalks for them to safely travel on either.

    Erosion from a steep hill has damaged this portion of the sidewalk near the entrance to Powell ES. The concrete has washed away and large pieces of rocks and loose sediment break off. There is heavy foot traffic here from students walking too.

    Tenants routinely park their trucks street side despite the numerous no parking signs along this steep hill.

    Tenants have filled their driveway with appliances, wooden palettes and other junk resulting in limited parking space for their trucks. Their porch is also filled to the brim with this stuff.

    The driveway is crumbling and potholed causing the tenants to literally spin their wheels while attempting to back out on a steep hill.
    This is very loud and noisy and occurs often.
