There are very large, very deep potholes on southbound Chippenham in the right lane just before the Huguenot Road exit. They've been there for months and are very dangerous to small cars and motorcycles.

There is a large dead tree at the back of this property. Whenever we get wind, it knocks down branches into the alley. The homeowner rents the property and generally doesn't keep it up when the renters move out (as they have recently). Now there is a large branch/part of a trunk that has fallen into the alley and is blocking it.
