    Do something about the swarm of junkies at the corner of Chapel and Temple. Hand out some tickets for littering at the least. I almost clocked some junkie dude after he threw his sh!t all over the ground right next to a trash can.

    In the 5 minutes I'm waiting for my bus, I can sit here with my earbuds in and the sound off and easily suss out who's selling what and when. Can't the NHPD do the same? I'ts plain as day who the junkies are. And the dealers aren't too hard to spot either

    Most of these people aren't even from New Haven. We've got enough scumbags littering all over the place. Do we really need Waterbury's dregs as well?

    This Volvo Cross Country, CT LIC# 827-ZJZ has been parked in the No Standing zone in front of Romeo's for at least the half hour I was in the market.
    I almost got T-boned pulling out of Linden, as it is blocking the view of traffic to the right.

    Car has numerous stickers for Cold Spring School, and Watkinson School on the driver's side.

    I guess if you're rich enough to send your kids to those private schools, you can park wherever you like in East Rock.

    Used condoms littering the sidewalk in front of this address. Most appear to be full of @#$%. This has been an ongoing nuisance for weeks. Please someone else deal with this. They smell unpleasant.
