The owner of this property refuses to maintain it. There are overgrown weeds in the back and garbage never taken to the curb. All these factors only contribute to the feral cat and skunk population. I have lodged several complaints about this individual over 5 years. Please do something about this......

There is a house on my block that has had a huge uptick in police activity. The cops have been there 6 times in the last two weeks at least. This morning at 1:30 am, the troubled woman that lives there was locked out and screaming profanities to be let in. This house has become a nuisance and it's disrupting my peaceful block. What can be done about this?
