During the leaf pick up (november 30 start for zone 7), the vacuum truck skipped the west side of Dare Street, the other side was vacuumed. While I did not put any leaves out, my neighbors all did. My lot is at the lower end of drainage for the neighborhood, the leaves flow down with each storm and jam up under my car (I do not have off street parking). Since the leaves were not vacuumed and another rain event is on the way, the leaves need to be removed from the street. I don't understand why my side of the street was skipped.

The curb & gutter system in front of my house is creating a dam situation because it is slightly lower than the system just down the street. I removed > 2 large wheelbarrows of sand and dirt from the curb before the rain event shown in photo (<0.25" of rain) and still it dams up, causing flooding out into street and up on sidewalk and settling of debris from upstream that is being washed down to my location.

People are not even slowing down for the stop sign. A larger sign, larger flags and police presence are all needed at the new stop sign, particularly during hours that people are cutting through the neighborhood during rush hour.

The street light across the street from my house is much too bright and shines directly into my bedroom. Is this street light necessary (there are only two houses facing this section of Dare and the one next to me also angles towards Aycock where there is another streetlight). I request that the light be either dimmed significantly or removed. Thank you. Coleen Sullins
