    This gas station causes multiple issues throughout the week. The limited grass and landscaping is never trimmed, and a side panel in the building roofline has been missing for years. Additionally, I am wondering about the limits of the business license here. The station regularly has food and merchandise sales in the parking lots on weeks with children in the lanes on New Bern Ave and Raleigh Blvd trying to promote them. It's a nuisance and a danger I would like to see it addressed.

    There was a limb snapped in the recent storms, but it didn't fully break and the branch is just barely out of the street. The tree is in the median and impacting the eastbound lane.
