    Sea Street At Intersection Of Harbour Close New Haven, Connecticut - City Point
    All the street lights on the south side of Sea Street here have been out for some time. Lights across (north side) are working just fine. Residents of Harbour Landing and Breakwater Bay are concerned about poor lighting giving cover for criminal element looking to sneak into the community.
