    With the traffic backing up the length of Fulton St Daily the cars are now using the side streets to navigate around the traffic.I almost was hit this morning.Two cars traveling at each other on a small side street ( Russell St.)at a high rate of speed came very close to colliding with each other as I am standing between two parked vehicles .Something must be Done about this issue up on Fulton st. Before somebody gets Injured or Killed because of the rate of speed they are traveling
