Caller states her dog was attacked on Nahant Beach on July 3rd. owner of biting dog has disconnected phone and failed to return voicemails. Caller would like ACO to locate biting dog.

Caller states that on July 4th before 8am a man in Tufts park throwing a frisbee for his dog became verbally abusive after caller asked him to leash his dog.
