The property at 2413 Maplewood has been vacant for years. The yard is a constant issue, is rarely mowed, there is poison oak growing up the house and over the sidewalk. The back of the house is worse with the porch falling down, animals getting into the house, and a 100 ft plus oak tree dropping dead branches with every storm and blow of the wind. It is hazardous to sit outside in the back if you live around this house! Repeated attempts to contact and work with the owner have proved futile. Fallen tree from 6/16 storm is the in median of 2400 block of Maplewood Ave and needs pickup please!

The southbound no left turn indicator at blvd and Floyd has been out for months. Also please ask the police to enforce no left turn during rush hour on blvd. it really cause backups.

Trees on this block (600 block of S. Stafford) badly need to be trimmed. Many are dead and fall on residents' cars in the wind and storms. Will add image later if needed.

1/21/13 - as far as I know this has never been reviewed by the City. It would be great if someone could come take a look at it when there is a heavy rain to see the huge puddle that forms and stays in the alley for several days.

In side alley between garages at 601 S. Davis and 2419 Maplewood, whenever it rains a large puddle of water stands for several days creating a risk for mosquitoes. Please install a drain as is in the middle of the side alley. Thank you!
