Walnut Gardens HOA

Whatever is underneath this cover that is located in the sidewalk is completed submerged under water. The top almost floats off every time it rains.

One large previously repaired pothole has sunken again and another pothole has formed next to it

Garbage truck broke a hydraulic line on Thursday spilling fluid everywhere and didn't clean it up. I put cat litter on the fluid. We have a storm drain very near this and some has leaked into the storm drain already.

There is plenty of road for the west bound stripe to be modified in a safer way. When traffic rounds the corner, they always cross over the double line and if there is a car turning into Walnut Gardens Subdivision, the results can be an accident.

Storm Drain in east bound land on Poplar at corner of Cresthaven and Poplar is 95% clogged with sediment and there is almost no chance for water to pass thru it. This explains why Poplar floods here

There is a natural public drainage easement located behind the homes that are along Walnut Gardens Dr. This drains our neighborhood and adjoining vacant land and forestry. It's flow has been severely altered by falling trees, animals, erosion, blockages, etc. It's so bad that that the homeowners are experiencing landslides in their backyard the drainage canal fills up (it's about 15' deep) and floods homeowners yards while eating away at their property line.

Missing fence sections on south side. Homeowner has swimming pool. Neighbors next door have children and pets and this is a safety hazard. Homeowner has been asked numerous times to repair.
