The Peckham/Patricia intersection will one day prove to be fatal if nothing is done.
Been living in this area for about 6 years. There hasn't been one day without a neat miss or screething tires from cars that narrowly miss T-boning each other.
Patricia runs from yonge to bathurst... Every intersection along its path is 4 way except for this one. There have been tons of collisions in the 6 years since I have been there. I've seen huge construction trucks narrowly miss small cars filed with children, school buses, other trucks, etc. My heart races as I watch the vehicles coming to a meet here. I know someone is not going to stop... I know ther will be another close call.
One Saturday morning , fresh back from vacation, I watched as 2 women approached on their scooter.. They reached the intersection and we're but by a car going through the intersection. I watched in horror as their scooter went up in the air and the 2 of them bounced of the front bumper of the car that hit them.
They were lucky that the driver was older and wasn't going as fast as the younger drivers who race down Peckham because they have no stop sign.
I contacted Mayor Ford's office at the time. His Rep acknowledged the danger and sent an email to the group responsible to do something, cc'ing me. They did not respond. He sent another email later. Still no reply. I contacted the Rep for my ward... They never replied.

PLEASE MAKE THIS A FOUR WAY STOP BEFORE SOMEONE IS KILLED!

There is a huge one just feet above the swings at Moore Park, where Pleasant school is. Noticed it yesterday as my daughter and other young kids played on the swings etc. Quite big. I did pass another one in a tree on either Golding or Home wood, just on the east side of Cactus a few months ago. It was HUGE. I was with my twins. Forgot to report it until I saw the other yesterday.
