Traffic light malfunctioning again ArchivedThornydale & Overton Tucson, Arizona - US Congressional District AZ8This was fixed for about 2 weeks but now it's back to it's original problem: Traffic light at Thornydale/Overton. East/West bound traffic must sit at the light for 1 full minute, even when there is no traffic north/south bound. The minute doesn't start to count down until a car pulls up to the light. This is a waste of gas and time to needlessly sit at this light. There are "trips" at this intersection to detect vehicles, but they are not working properly.
