people routinely block driveways on Clare Ave on Sundays bc of the rules, but then the street sweeper doesn't even come round to clean.

This still isn't cleaned of snow and now there's downed branches and trash. Green Tech is supposed to clean this. The city had to send a letter to the previous school. My suggestion is to pull a copy, change the date and addressee info, and send it to Green Tech. This is absurd.

"Green" "Tech" "School" routinely fails to clean this part of the sidewalk, which I report every time it snows and yet, somehow, the next time it snows it's a problem all over again. What does it take to get something basic - that is required - attended to in this city? It's almost like the city and the charter "schools" don't really care about children or residents

every year, Green Tech and Brighter Choice fail to clear their sidewalks, forcing children and others to walk in the street on a blind corner. This is Green Tech's responsibility. The city needs to pro actively address this. If you were to examine the history, I report this every year, multiple times per year.

Zero compliance with crosswalk law. I have reported this to the City, mailed a copy of this complaint to the Chief of Police, talked to our community officer when we even had one, and nada. No action, no follow up. This is a complaint that is YEARS old and the city has done nothing. No one stops for pedestrians in the crosswalk and the street isn't lined so people just fly up and down in. There is ZERO enforcement.

The new street light bulbs are just light pollution. They are far, far too bright. This is not a crime deterrent, but rather a disruption.

Now more trash has accumulated. Guess this is the City's newest dump? And the headboard remains tossed into the grass.

I've reported this before. These shrubs grow halfway into the sidewalk. Albany is already unsafe enough for pedestrians. They need to properly maintain their shrubs.
