    How did this trailer and dumpster get the OK at one of the busiest intersections in St. Paul? I drive through this intersection six times a day. The trailer has been there a week and I've already seen three northbound pedestrians nearly struck by automobiles because the sight line is so obstructed. I can't even imagine what this intersection will be like once the snow falls and begins to build up around the trailer on St. Clair. I know there isn't much space in the construction zone, but this trailer placement is horrible. Is it too much to ask for the workers on site to walk a block if the trailer was moved to a side street? Seems the liability for both the city and the construction company is pretty high. Time to rethink this trailer placement.
