    This is absolutely ridiculous! While I appreciate these bike racks being cemented into the sidewalk as opposed to just bolted in, this job looks like a three-year-old did it. Completing work in this way is the same thing as graffiti in my mind. It's blight on one of the newest streets in our city. Come on everyone let's have a little more pride in place where we live!

The fence was badly damaged to the point of no longer being functional. The broken fence is a blight, and makes navigating the alley difficult and dangerous. The vegetation surrounding the broken fence is also completely over grown. This issue was reported to ECD who said it was not in their jurisdiction.
