Please see previous issues 16095272 (2/22/24) and 16105848 (2/23/24). Those identified the same problem that I am identifying here but they were both closed out promptly without any justification. I tried to reopen them as directed, but as I explained, I was not able to make the "reopen" function work. I asked for help on this problem but received no response. So this issue is a third attempt to identify the problem.

This is a significant but hidden garbage dump that exists behind the hedge beside the RenPark pool parking lot and the International Food market. I've tried to locate the pin at the exact location, where the hedge makes a right angle turn toward the east. You can see the dump by going to the parking lot and climbing the grade to the hedge where it turns east. Just look through the gap in the hedge. Or you can go around the hedge to the GFL dumpsters behind the market building. Go behind the dumpsters and climb the sharp rise toward the hedge. At the top, you'll look down upon the dump as shown in the photo. I can't imagine the business owners in the market instructing their employees to carry their garbage bags up to this location. There have been two large carnival and circus events at the mall recently and perhaps they disposed of their garbage here as they hurriedly packed up their equipment to move to their next venue.
This app identifies this location as 407 Chapanoke Dr. I don't know where 407 is but the dump is located at my pin location beside the hedge which runs between Chapanoke and Olympia Dr. The dump is not the same as the littering problems near the Olympia and Grenelle St intersection. It is approx 100 ft from that area.

I've requested that #16095272 be reopened and have added comments to better identify its location and the significance of the problem. However I can't figure out how to save my comments before closing from the website. I've checked to see if they are still there but they're gone. Please help!
