    The street lights -- on both sides of St. Clair from Linwood Rec "east" to where St. Clair crosses 35E -- are on night and day and have been for weeks now. It's a waste of electricity and the bulbs, which I'm sure are not cheap.

    Large branches on trees over the bike path are so low and wide that it's not possible to avoid them and stay on trail, especially if there's oncoming bike traffic. There are two places where this has occurred, on the path just west of the bend at Grace to Arbor, hard by the 35E noise wall. Can these branches be pruned please?
