    No idea why this group will not do the full job correctly at all multiple times.

    You AGAIN have not picked up the recycles. A supervisor Spoke to them ... Called them.... Texted them and they refused to do their job. That supervisor is now sending a crew out from a different location to get the recycles. All because your driver not only refuses to do the job, but would not go back when notified they AGAIN did not go in the Cul De Sac and simply took off.

    .. even though you did everyone else's.... why are you choosing to not do the job?

    Again you came in and grabbed everyone else's Recycling but decided to go past mine in the cul de sac. Why is everyone else's done and mine is not... Why are you not doing your job?

    Did not do their job and pick up the yard waste for what is the now the 7th time. Decided not to come in the cul de sac and even check, just drove past. Maybe the head of waste services can call me and explain why their crew continually refuses to drive in like the other waste trucks and actually do their job. If you are keeping track this is the 7th or 8th time.

    For 2 weeks now the Yard Waste truck has not gone into the cul de sac to pick up the Yard Waste. I confronted the driver and as usual they did nothing to go pick it up. They entered the cul de sac, took the first house and backed out without going in and getting the remaining yard waste.
