    Regarding this issue: http://seeclickfix.com/issues/532565

What was the outcome? Specifically, has the Public Works Department responded? If not, why was this issue closed?

If so, what did they have to say? Specifically, did the PWD staff review the intersections " to see if any parking signs are needed for parking within the intersection or within 25 feet of a stop sign"? Did staff "put the intersection of Vale/Plainview, Rankin/Plainview & Rankin/Columbia in line for multi-way stop evaluations."

    Thank you.

  • 2233-2299 Dennis Avenue Raleigh, North Carolina - East Raleigh

There are numerous locations that need the foliage trimmed back from the road. A few signs are obstructed because the leaves and branches are covering them up. Plus the leaves and branches are growing into the road. Cars cannot travel safely or park against the curb.

On either said of Mossbank Road and Dennis Avenue from Banks Street to Barksdale Drive. Also on either side of Barksdale from Dennis Avenue to Raleigh Blved.

Earlier in the week this section of Dennis Avenue was flooded. There is a catch basin on either side of the street. The water was collecting around the catch basin on the south side of Dennis Avenue.
  • 1519-1599 Brookside Drive Raleigh, North Carolina - East Raleigh

The sign road sign between the sidewalk and Brookside Drive appears to have been run over. It is still in the ground. However it has been bent over all the way to the ground.

Besides no longer being viewable by drivers (I cannot tell what the sign says - it is face down) the post is obstructing the sidewalk.

  • 510 Hillsborough Street Raleigh, North Carolina - North Central

There is a sign on West Edenton Street just before West Edenton terminates at Hillsborough Street and at the bridge over the railroad. The sign is on the oposite side of the sidewalk from the road.

The is a sign meant for automobiles heading west on West Edenton Street. It is obstructed by over grown foliage.

  • 598 West Peace Street Raleigh, North Carolina - Five Points
The crosswalk signals for people crossing from the west side of Glendwood to the east side of Glenwood are not in sync. The one on the north side of Peace Street was counting down and red while the one on the south side of Peace Street was signaling for people to cross and was white.
  • 1424 Lions Way Raleigh, North Carolina - East Raleigh

This bridge was built about a year ago, if not more recently.

Portions of the wooden railings have been forcibly removed. And some of those have been left on the ground or in the creek; with nails in them still.

  • 1601-1617 Raleigh Boulevard Raleigh, North Carolina - East Raleigh

It is in the grass clearing close to where the marker in the map is.

There seems to be more trash than usual in the park. As if this and another bag were partially scattered about. The objects that caught my eye were beverage bottles, cracker boxes, etc.

  • 1385-1529 Raleigh Boulevard Raleigh, North Carolina - East Raleigh

It is just off the side of the gravel path/drive close to where the marker in the map is.

There seems to be more trash than usual in the park. As if this and another bag were partially scattered about. The objects that caught my eye were beverage bottles, cracker boxes, etc.

  • 1500-1520 Brookside Drive Raleigh, North Carolina - East Raleigh
The water meter cover is missing. As a result there is a hold in the ground roughly 1 foot deep and 2 square feet in area. It is where the sidewalk would be on the east side of Brookside and next to Rapid Fitness gym.
  • 1005 Glascock Street Raleigh, North Carolina - North Central

Cars at the houses on the north side of Glascock Street between Addison Place and Ben Lloyd Drive are parking their cars on the sidewalk when in their driveway.

Trash is visible 50 feet into the woods from the gravel road that wraps around the east side of the baseball field and the dirt bike track. (see link for a map of the boundary where trash was found: http://goo.gl/maps/BFTY0)

This area of the park is not the most heavily traveled. However children are allowed to wander this area while dirt bike races take place.
