Kilwins Semi Truck has been parked in ALL 6 parking spaces in front of our businesses (Kilwins is on the next block) since before 9:30 am. We are a business that is open during daytime business hours during the normal business week and this vendor has been blocking any of our customers from parking near our business for nearly 2 hours. Are they paying the meters? There is a perfectly good spot 20 feet away in front of the MFA that blocks NO spots. They've gone from blocking the alley to blocking the business so not even people driving down beach can see our business. Why is this ok?

parking meters between 6th and 7th on Central Avenue have no labels indicating how much it cost to park nor do they have a four digit code for parkmobile app. signage still says 2-hour parking from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. it's extremely confusing and I don't know how I can be compelled to pay a parking ticket for not feeding a meter when it's unmarked. I called the parking office and they said yes you have to pay it and they told me how much it was and they gave me the code for Central Avenue. others might not be so concerned.

Looks like a bolt fell out

22nd Ave has a double yellow line down the middle yet dozens of times per day, cars make an illegal left turn out of the south parking lot entrance to Lowe's into the eastbound lanes of 22nd Ave N. There is a perfectly good parking lot exit on the west side of the property that allows drivers to turn left from 25th Street using a stop light. I've watched so many near misses as cars dangerously barrel out of that south entrance making a left turn across three lanes of traffic and often cutting off the driver in either of the east bound lanes. When Wa Wa was built, their entrance prevents drivers from turning left from the entrance. Lowe's needs to install such a thing OR a raised or barricaded median needs to be put up preventing these illegal and dangerous turns. Likewise, cars often stop traffic on east bound 22nd ave to turn into that souther entrance.
