The odd side of Bradley Street, between Orange and State, is completely clear of cars. Where are the plows? I really hope the city follows through on their plan and promise to plow the odd side today.
It's not clear from the photo, but a cab stopped in the middle of the street, and a pickup truck tried to get around it, got stuck, and blocked 6 cars from getting through until the guy who ordered the cab finally came downstairs. The cab refused to move because he said he would get stuck anywhere else.
The selfishness the ensues during this negligence regarding plowing is as dangerous as the driving situation itself.
This is beyond a lack of preparedness situation on the city's part.
Yes. If the city is going to leave us to fend for ourselves, the only way for us to make this situation manageable is if we be extra mindful of each other.
You should report that cab to the HQ and State licensing board. I would have stood in front of his cab and not let him leave till he called the cops that would help remind him of delays caused by others
Please, please plow Bradley. This street is very narrow, and is an unofficial off-ramp from i91/i95. Leaving it unplowed is a safety issue and demoralizing to all who cooperated to clean the odd side of the street.
The City needs to at *LEAST* announce a time window of when the street is likely be plowed. This way we can continue to request neighbors park elsewhere.
