Oakland has empty buildings that could house many homeless. Oakland has extra hotel rooms that could house the homeless. Oakland needs to DO SOMETHING BOLD, not just placate us residents with receipts of requests. Littering is illegal. Arrest those that do. My rights to enjoy a safe city are being taken away. I am tired of this!
