Let’s hope so cause I’m gonna keep posting pictures and filing complaints until they do

I live near this apartment complex and have filed multiple complaints about the trash that gets spewed all over Bolesta from the tenants that live there... Largo never even responded to me. I've been complaining for over 5 years! I've even called the complex office, they could care less. My neighbor actually picks up the trash that blows around from this place. The complex needs to be fined and fix the problem permanently.
