Considering "Low" vandalizes the Moran Plant almost daily... and the Water Dept. building next door has video cameras pointed right at Moran... You'd think somebody would put 2+2 together and at least "try" to catch these prolific vandals... But no. It's sickening.

Why has it taken almost a year for DPW to acknowledge this post??

This is not a DPW issue. This was acknowledged by the Permitting and Inspections Department. We were authorized to hire a graffiti removal team for our department this spring. They have cleaned or covered hundreds of tags since June 2021.

This specific issue was not previously acknowledged but the team has removed numerous tags directly below this area in recent months. It will be up to the private property owner to get the area cleaned using a lift device.

Most property owners have given us permission to cover or clean their properties. If a property owner rejects our offer we cannot do the work.
