It is the sidewalk that wraps around the Laz Parking lot across the street from the Forest Hills T stop. When I have asked before I was told that the Laz parking lot people were responsible for clearing that sidewalk. It is a major pathway between Shea Circle and Forest Hills.

I recommend you and a bunch of your neighbors call them and tell them its unacceptable and tweeting about it too. Not cool.

Case Resolved. Sidewalk has been shoveled (not very well). this either belongs to the mbta or dcr.
