Thank you for reporting this issue. It has been reported to the Streets & Drainage Dept and the Bicycle, Pedestrian & Greenways Program Manager a bicycle lanes are managed thorugh that program. As soon as we have more information on this issue, it will be posted here.

This issue has been acknowledged and is being looked into.
