Description

The rails/fence all the way down the “creek” (storm water runoff) are in horrible disrepair. This issue was sent to Parks and they replied that it was a storm water department issue. There are missing rails, broken rails, a real mess. Who is supposed to fix this and how do we get it done? Numerous reports have gone in over the last few months with no response.
